Q - How do I place an order online?

Q - Is shipping really ‘free’?
Yes! No strings attached...to help promote our launch, we have decided to provide free shipping to all Dagr customers. Yes, we love you.
Q - Do you ship worldwide?
The Dagr shop is only available to customers residing within the United States.
Q - How do I pay?
We currently accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. Rest assured, payment is secure and transactions are processed before checkout.
Q - Are all prices shown in US Dollars?
Yes; all prices are in USD. All taxes are included. What you see is what you pay.
Shipping/Returns
Q - How long does it take to receive my shirts?
We ship twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please allow 7-14 business days for your shirts to arrive.
Q - Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email that you can use to trace your order. See http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
Q - Its been over 7-14 business days and my package has not arrived. What now?
If you have not received your package within 7-14 business days, please feel free to call customer service at 1-866-961-DAGR (3274) and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.
Q - How do I return my shirt(s)?
Dagr will provide an exchange or issue a full refund for all non-discount items received within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, have all original tags attached and be free of defects.
In the event you received a damaged shirt, a claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Please place the shirt(s) in a pre-paid package and include your order number on the outside of the envelope/box.

Once we have confimed receipt of your package, you will be issued a full refund or exchange. In an exchange, if the new item costs less, you will be credited the difference. If the new item costs more, additional payment will be required.
The Product
Q - What is my size?
Click here to view our detailed fit guide. All measurements are shown in inches. We cut most of our shirts in 15.5 (Medium), 16.5 (Large), and 17.5 (Extra-Large), as these sizes accommodate the majority of our customers. If you receive a shirt that does not fit, we will be more than happy to provide an exchange for another size.
Q - Where are the shirts made?
All Dagr shirts are proudly Canadian cut and sewn in our state-of-the-art Toronto facility. Click here to learn more about our exceptional products.
Q - I see different labels on the shirts. What does this mean?
Nothing at all. All Dagr shirts are made to the same quality standards in our Toronto factory. We just like to mix things up and try new things from time to time.
Q - What types of fabric do you use?
Most of our shirts are made from 100% cotton. Some items are made from blended fabrics with unique looks and properties. Unlike many of our competitors, we use all original fabrics from Europe's finest fabric mills.
