Shipping
Shipping to the United States is FREE.
We ship twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please allow 7-14 business days for your shirts to arrive.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email that you can use to trace your order. See http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
If you have not received your package within 7-14 business days, please feel free to call customer service at 1-866-961-DAGR (3274) and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.
Returns
Dagr will provide an exchange or issue a full refund for all non-discount items received within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, have all original tags attached and be free of defects.
In the event you received a damaged shirt, a claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Contact us directly at 1-866-961-DAGR (3274) and we will be happy to process your return for exchange or refund. We will issue you an RMA number that MUST appear on the mailing label.

Once we have confimed receipt of your package, you will be issued a full refund or exchange. In an exchange, if the new item costs less, you will be credited the difference. If the new item costs more, additional payment will be required.
